NOTICE OF AGM
Notice is hereby given that the 2003 Annual General Meeting of the NSW Farm Writers' Association of NSW Inc will be held at 11.00am on Friday 31 October (immediately prior to the October lunch time seminar) at the Menzies Hotel, 14 Carrington Street Sydney for the purpose of:

• delivery of the President's report;
• Minutes of the AGM 25 October 2002;
• presentation of the 2002/03 Financial report;
• election of office bearers and committee; and
• other general business.

Signed and seconded notices of motion and nominations for office should be forwarded by 5 pm Friday 24 October to Susan Madden, Secretary, NSW Farm Writers' Association of NSW Inc., GPO Box 1108 Sydney NSW, or by fax to 02 9241 5684.
